Units were clearly distinguished and so were the resources which all were supplied throughout the training. Much like working with programs these days onsite, everything was a click away and hyperlinked. All were specifically relevant so during your tasks and assessments you could very quickly locate the sources required to obtain the knowledge required for each. “I was extremely nervous about doing a online RPL works. I have such little experience with computers, and I cannot express the support I have had over the last 3 months. Every time I called the RTO, I was spoken to. If there was something they could not answer, I would get a call back in less than a couple of hours. The RPL was harder than I expected – they made sure that I had to answer every question and supply lots of photos and videos. They called all my references. It was a lot more work but it was not hard to do if you have got the information. My advice is start collecting evidence now.”
