Rachel Burton

I have been a trainer for around 16 years and in RTO Management for about 7 years. I had a construction company before that I worked in many bars and pubs around the world.

I have 8 kids and 4 of those went through apprenticeships, training is not just work for me, it's personal.

Training the next generation of builders requires a relentless drive to train better than we were trained. Best Option Training embraces the advantages of IT and supports with worksite experiences coupled with trainers who are all industry professionals. This is why I believe our training is second to none.  

Best Option Training first priority is our students, providing them all the support to make their chosen pathway a challenging and prosperous career.

Justin Hankinson

I have been a trainer for 9 years delivering training in Hospitality, Management and community services. I have worked in RTO management for the last 5 years and I believe in providing a exceptional customer service and quality education to make our students journey with Best Option Training and beyond the best it could be.

Dan Wurm

I've been in the painting industry for 27 years, and helped over 200 painters get qualified and start businesses. NSW Trainer of the Year South Sydney 2015. Passionate about Net-Zero Homes and natural building materials. Love my cricket, tennis, and mad Wallabies supporter.

Andrew Albore

Andrew spent several years in hospitality and eventually got his start in the building industry as a painter and decorator. After achieving his trade qualifications as a painter and decorator he formed a passion for home renovations which led to a mature aged apprenticeship as a carpenter which Andrew studied alongside his Certificate IV in Building and Construction.

Andrew has always had a passion for imparting his knowledge to others and this led him to the next stage at his career, working as a Trainer and Assessor and Course Designer. As a Trainer and Assessor Andrew teaches Painting and Decorating, Carpentry and Building and is currently studying to obtain his Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Thu Pham

I started working with the BOT Team in 2019, and with no experience or exposure to the RTO world, the team opened my eyes to it all with their experiences. I manage and look after our accounts, invoices and the staff at our head office in Sydney. There’s never a boring time at BOT and you just keep learning every single day with them.

Outside of work, I am currently studying at university. It’s a completely different course to what I do at work, but I love a challenge and expanding my knowledge wherever I can. I have two dogs who I absolutely love, one big fluffy Samoyed and a small white Maltese x poodle.

Letitia Dawson

Although I started out in the travel & tourism industry working for over 20 years, I’ve had plenty of experience in the administration/customer service department. I am a little OCD and like things to be very precise! 

I have 3 beautiful daughters who keep me extremely busy but I’m 100% dedicated to making your training experience a successful one. I have worked in the RTO industry for many years and absolutely love working with my BOT Team!

Matthew Hughes

With over 25 years’ experience in building and construction, Matthew has a wealth of knowledge and numerous networks within the industry. He has managed both residential and commercial building projects across a diverse range of job sizes.

Matt is also a trainer and assessor for several construction qualifications and courses delivered through RPL assessment and classroom/on-line based training.
