Building Supervisors plan, organise, and control construction projects by undertaking quality inspections and supervising staff and subcontractors. According to SEEK.com.au, the average salary for a Building Supervisor in Australia is $103K.

The units within the Builder Open Class Site Supervisor (Queensland) course are implicit of the CPC60212 Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) qualification. This course will provide you with the knowledge and managerial skills to meet the technical qualifications for the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) Site Supervisor Licence. This includes learning how to:

  • Coordinate staff, contractors, and materials to ensure targets on projects are met
  • Prepare and administer council applications and building contracts
